Hong Kong

When I booked flights for our trip to southeast Asia for spring break I scored a good deal on Cathay Pacific through Hong Kong that also included a 10-hour layover in Hong Kong on the way to Cambodia.  Seemed like a win win to get a free stop in Hong Kong to get a blitz tour of this city.  So we tapped into some expertise of friends from Hong Kong and made a plan of attack to maximise our short time there to see as much as we could.  We were all pretty trashed from the overnight flight from London, and most of us arrived having not slept at all.  Despite the fatigue we hit the ground running.

We first took the Airport Express to Hong Station.

First look at street life in Hong Kong

I'm not sure how much Dallin remembers of our day in Hong Kong; he was pretty sleepy most of the day.

Dallin loved Hong Kong

It was a great day, and we're grateful it worked out so well to see all that we did in such a short time!  We will have to return again soon for a better look.
