Trevon was beyond excited to audition for this year's Lower School play, his last year in LS. Last year he was in the LS production of the Lion King. It was such an amazing experience for him. So when auditions rolled around this year he was really keen to give it his best. After the general auditions he was surprised to learn he'd be asked to return for call backs. And then one Friday afternoon in December the cast list was sent out . . . Captain Hook: Trevon Ashton! Much jubilation and celebration ensued. Not only did he make the cast, but he had one of two principal roles. January, February and March were spent rehearsing many, many long hours. In the end he pulled off a pretty incredible Captain Hook, and we are so proud. I'm so impressed with the quality of the productions at the school. So wonderful to see Trevon blossom through this program, and so grateful for the talented and dedicated staff who do such amazing things with our children!
