Our visa expiration and ensuing renewal this summer meant we were sans useable passports most of the summer. So unlike normal Ashton summer modus operandi we didn't take any trips abroad this summer. Truthfully it was our most favourite summer on the books! It was filled with lazy mornings, picnics in the parks, bike rides, summer evening walks, local outings with friends, family days out, reading lots of books, going to the cinema . . . and simply A M A Z I N G weather! We heave never had such a long run of gorgeous weather. Endless days and weeks of nothing but warm sunshine! Truly a summer to remember! I didn't capture most of it on camera (I was too busy relaxing!), but I did take a few on a few of our outings with friends and family. So here's a snapshot of our summer . . . at home!
