Belize & Guatemala

Well at T-minus 8 days before we take off I'm working furiously to get every loose end tied. I had hopes of finishing every photo from this end before making it to that end, but despite my valiant effort I've come up short. Nearly made it, though.

In June we took a family vacation to Belize and Guatemala. It was something we planned way before a move back to London was in the works, so while the timing didn't end up being the best, it was still a great family trip. We spent the first few days in the jungle of Belize near the border of Guatemala visiting Mayan ruins in both Belize and Guatemala.

Crossing the border into Guatemala from Belize was actually a more involved process than I expected. There and back it yielded a total of four stamps in our passports.

Gorgeous! Looks like a memorable trip. Clint enjoyed the pics too. He spent a summer in the jungles of Guatemala during graduate school. So the countdown to London begins...I think that clock never stopped ticking though.
