Norway in a Nutshell

I take no credit for this clever little blog title. It's actually the name of the grand tour across Norway which takes you through the most scenic slice of the country in one long, rewarding day. We began our journey early in the morning in charming Bergen on the west coast and ended late at night in Oslo on the country's eastern side. It was a crazy day on and off trains, buses and boats, but easily the most scenic, breathtaking day ever spent in Europe.

This has got to be the windiest road on the planet. It was a nail-biting experience as the coach inched us through these harrowing hairpin turns.
