Jen Comes to London

Through life's many phases, and for us many moves, we've made so many dear friends. There are few friends that remain a steady source of support and joy over the course of time, through many life changes and despite thousands of miles that separate us. Jen is this kind of friend. She's my best girl. She's genuinely interested in me and my life, cheers in my triumphs, shares in my sorrows and doesn't judge. Around her I don't have to suck it in; I can just be me. And through it all we laugh and laugh. We have so much in common, yet we are also so different. She came to London, and the minute she appeared on my doorstep the many months that had passed since our last meeting had vanished.
